Shipping and Delivery

Most packages will be shipped using the United States Postal Service. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

The cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of the item. Most packages from Gone Stitching (including canvas and threads) will weigh less than one pound, so the cost of shipping for a Priority Mail package will generally be $6.95. Shipping for any larger packages will be priced according to size. Express shipping will be at least $17 depending on where the package is being shipped.

Your shipping status can be checked on the USPS website using the tracking number provided. You will receive an Email with this information once your package has been shipped. Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we’ll provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package. Also, we may not have an item in stock and it must be ordered before we ship it to you. We will try to inform you of this as soon as possible.

For special order canvases and threads, a deposit of 50% is required. The customer will be contacted when their order arrives at the store.

Returns Policy

Due to Covid-19, we are not accepting returns at this time.
