I use my floor frame every day. I love this frame because the top swivels and I can stitch at any angle (while in my easy chair watching TV). It helps to hold my larger canvases while I am stitching as well as my smaller ones. This helps my hands as they don’t hurt afterwards from holding the frame and stitching. Also, if I have to lay threads it allows me to use both hands to stitch.
